Core Values 'Togetherness' Logos/Characters

On Thursday 29^th January we celebrated our Pupils of the Month and for the first time we also celebrated our Core Value of the Month as well. Certificates were presented to the children for the theme of ‘Togetherness’. The children have been working on Togetherness during the month of January in their PD&MU lessons and also they were asked to design a ‘child-friendly’ logo that will be used to represent the children’s views of Togetherness. Staff managed to whittle the entries down to 9, which was an excellent reflection on the strength of the applications. Then it was over to the children in each class to vote for their favourite logo/icon. The winner will be announced later today and they will be able to meet with the graphic designers next week to start the process to ‘turn’ their design into our child-friendly logo. We are excited to see the outcome!
